White Wings Moist chocolate cake

You will need:
1. 60g (3 Tbsp) MARGARINE SPREAD** or SOFT BUTTER
2. 2 EGGS (59g each)
3. 175mL ( cup) MILK


1. Preheat
Preheat oven to 160C conventional or 140C fan-forced. Grease a 6cm deep x 20cm round cake pan. Line the base with baking paper.

2. Mix
Place the cake mix, margarine spread or soft butter, eggs and milk into a medium mixing bowl. Using electric mixer beat on low speed
for 30 seconds to combine. Increase speed to medium and mix for 2 mins, scraping down sides of bowl occasionally. Pour mixture into
prepared pan.

3. Bake
Bake for 50 - 55 mins or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Stand for 10 mins in pan before turning onto
a wire rack to cool. Time may vary depending on oven.
Serving Suggestion: dust cooled cake with cocoa powder.
